Welcome to Burntwood West, a mature, established neighborhood nestled in North Cooper Mountain. Our neighborhood boasts rolling hills and soaring views.

Burntwood West has access to multiple parks and plenty of walking and biking trails, perfect for the whole family. Serene landscaping and beautiful custom homes lined with sidewalks add to the inviting community feel. This is why we love calling Burntwood West our home!

Board Meetings

Board meetings are at the heart of our neighborhood. These regular, well-organized meetings are where we address all the important topics affecting us all. Each issue on the agenda gets a fair hearing, all within its allotted time.

All neighbors are welcome. It's an open-door policy here; just ask to join. It's a chance to watch, listen, and contribute to the conversations shaping our community.

These meetings steer the course for our neighborhood. They're the place where decisions are made that touch everyone.

  • Eager to attend the next meeting?
  • Something you want to discuss?
  • Ready to get involved?

Remember, it's your community, and you can help shape its future.

Recent News

You may have noticed some construction happening on one of our wall sections along 170th. This was caused by tree roots lifting a portion of the foundation of the impacted section of wall. The Board took quick action to have this section of the wall demolished and replaced in order to ensure homeowner safety.

Speaking of safety... it's that time of the year when the criminal element is out looking to take advantage of unsuspecting shoppers. Always demonstrate awareness when you are out shopping and keep your purchases out of sight. Keep your doors locked, and your garage doors down so that you and your home are less likely to be struck by criminals.
